USA Telesales Executives
Assignment :
Totalamber are the leading supplier of Software Consultancy Services into a number of selected markets. Over the last three years Totalamber has grown revenues by over 50% each year and 2008 is set to be our most successful year ever. Growth in the business is further anticipated for 2009 which includes our expansion into the United States. We have a requirement for 6 talented and dynamic Telesales Executives to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. Totalamber has established a detailed recruitment process which enables us to identify the best Telesales Executives – this is an exacting process and only the best will succeed! The successful candidate will be expected to meet most if not all the criteria identified below and could expect to start on a basic salary of $35k - $55 with OTE of $150k in the first year and $200k+ from year 2 onwards being easily achievable. However, this salary and commission needs to be earned and the role demands an experienced, motivated and dynamic individual to deliver success to both themselves and the Totalamber business. Each Telesales Executive will be allocated their own market which, in time, they will be expected to dominate through an effective appliance of the Totalamber sales methodology. The successful candidates will be put through an intensive training programme and will be expected to be identifying new opportunities and closing business towards the end of their first three months in Totalamber. Performance will be monitored through the allocation of realistic and achievable targets.

If successful at this stage, you will be expected to attend a face-to-face interview in Sarasota, Florida. Only those candidates who are successful in the face-to-face interview will be made an offer to join Totalamber.

Skills & Experience :
The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate skills and experience in the following:Experience
• IT Consultancy and/or services sales background from a software or services organisation
• Possible experience in the IT contract recruitment industry
• Over-achiever (MUST be able to substantiate)
• Knowledge and understanding of our core markets would be desirable
• Experience of working in entrepreneurial environment (SME type organisation)
