Totalamber provide multiple Agresso services to NHS client
Totalmaber have been providing Project Management and implementation consultancy services to a client in the health sector, who are upgrading their Agresso ERP system to the latest version 5.5.
Phase one of the upgrade process has been completed, which was a 'like for like' upgrade of the system. Phase two is now underway and consists of the roll out of various modules including Procurement, Web Expenses and Planner.
Since December 2008, Totalamber have assisted our client in a number of areas including:
- Project Management
- Implementation consultancy
- Provided a very experienced Systems Accountant to enable on going system support
- Test Management throughout the testing phase
- Additional system support on a part time basis to assist end users throughout Go Live
Totalamber contiunue to provide on going support to the project.
