Totalamber have been engaged with a University in the North West of England recently who utilised our knowledge of the Agresso Project, Costing and Billing module to gain advice and guidance on the benefits that the module could offer them once they upgraded to v5.5.

After a successful two day session on site providing an indepth demonstration of PCB we invited the University to one of our Agresso 5.5 Upgrade Methodlogy Workshops at our Head Office in Cheshire.

The University brought three project team members along to learn about the lessons we've learnt on previous uprades, common issues and risks and how to avoid them. We also provided them with a readiness evaluation to determine where they were in relation to where they should be in each area of the organisation ... it transpired that they were in a good position and almost ready to commence the upgrade.

Totalamber are now integrating into the project team with a mix of specialist consultants to provide support to assist with common issues, report writing and configuration during the upgrade process.
