Totalamber held their second Agresso 5.5 Upgrade Methodology Workshop in London in July 09. The latest event was fine tuned, refined and improved following April's success.

Once again it was our objective in the morning session to share with Agresso users some of the strategies we’ve developed to overcome the common obstacles and issues that organisation’s face when upgrading to v5.5 .We also highlight our structured methodology which incorperates a 'defensive strategy' to help organisations plan and prepare for the worst.

The afternoon session included our 'Readiness Evaluation' where we work with Agresso users to provide them a guide which highlights how 'ready' or not they may be to embark upon the upgrade journey. Once again this section hit home and many organisations realised the importance of planning in all area's.

The day was brought to a close with an hour of open forum discussions in which we gave the group a high level overview of the major improvements and enhancements that have been made in v5.5 and how they can benefit the organisation, such as Workflow, Alerting & Action Management, Users Access and Roles, Links and Increased Self Service (Web) functionality.
