Agresso 5.5 Differences Training enjoyable, informative & worthwhile
Totalamber recently received interesting feedback from Agresso users at one of our 5.5 Upgrade workshops which highlighted that often, there is a lack of confidence to start the journey of upgrading to v5.5 as the organisation is uncertain of the tangible benefits and impact it will have on the business.
Many users have seen the new features, look and feel of 5.5, however this doesn’t seem to be enough to justify the project to the business and Project Sponsors.
Totalamber have developed an invaluable training day where we share with users the major differences in key modules and processes available in 5.5. We highlight some of the features, however our main focus is to offer a detailed insight into the clear, tangible benefits and impact v5.5 could have on your users, departments and the organisation.

The Agenda covers the key processes within the core modules that have significantly been changed/enhanced between version 5.4 and version 5.5, these include:

Requisitioning, Purchasing, Goods Receipting, Invoice Processing and Contract Accounting
• Sales Orders and Accounts Receivable
Sales Order processing, Payment Follow up and Debt Recovery
• General Ledger, Budgeting and Forecasting
General Ledger Journals, Bank Reconciliation, Planner, Enquiry and Reporting Tools
• Project Costing and Billing
Timesheet processing and Project Invoicing
• Human Resources and Payroll
Payroll, Training and Resource Management

“I really enjoyed the day, and definitely learnt a lot. I am itching to start mapping out the workflows, but realistically I will have to wait until after the outcomes of our efficiency review. I am well aware that this is a significant upgrade and that we shouldn’t underestimate the resource required. I think I have enough information now to be able to convey this to my managers and to highlight the benefits so that I can secure the resource that we will need for the project.
