Totalamber recently engaged with a University in the North West, who required independent and impartial advice and guidance before commencing their implementation of the Agresso PCB (Project, Cost and Billing) module within Agresso v5.4.

Totalamber gave the University a live PCB system demonstration, highlighting ways of using PCB functionality and best practice processes. We also highlighted common issues, risks and constraints that we have come across when implementing PCB at other sites.

Following review we advised the University that an upgrade to v5.5 of Agresso would be advantageous before implementing the module to avoid duplication and save costs. Following our recommendation we proceeded to give the University a live PCB demonstration on v5.5, discussed helpful information on migration to v5.5 and highlighted any PCB differences between the versions.

Totalamber will continue to support the University throughout their upgrade to v5.5 and the implementation of PCB.
