Totalamber are providing Project Management Services to a large Primary Care Trust who are part way through their major change programme, an Agresso Business World upgrade to version 5.5. The key vision is to help provide a common finance and procurement system throughout the trust enabling budget holders to take ownership for financial and business results.

Totalamber are working alongside the Trust to provide specific experience in the management of the project. Go Live is approaching and Totalamber have now also been selected to provide the Trust with a full Training Programme, including strategy, development and delivery of roles based training to the end user community.

We have been assisting the Trust since July 08 and will continue to drive the project forward until go live in 2009 and beyond.
