Agresso System Administration and Support
We are sure you are aware of the global credit crisis that has slammed into Europe with stunning force over the last few days, triggering five major bank rescues and a near total shut-down of the region's credit markets.
Totalamber is the leading Consultancy Group providing software consultancy services to Agresso customers. Most of our clients are not impacted by these issues however, in the last few days a couple of organisations have had their budgets cut which has resulted in ongoing Agresso projects being deferred until the economic situation improves. This has resulted in two of our most senior Agresso consultants becoming available in the next few weeks. As you will be aware, Agresso skills have been very much in demand over the last few months with many organisations upgrading their Agresso application and implementing new modules. Therefore, although devastating for the organisations impacted by the economic climate, this does provide an opportunity for clients who are continuing with their Agresso projects and urgently require assistance. Our two consultants were assigned to long terms projects and are a couple of the most experienced and qualified people available today. Their availability is normally planned and new projects scheduled some time in advance, however, the immediate deferral of projects has resulted in the availability of these consultants sooner than expected.
Although your organisation probably has internal skills and experience in the Agresso application, the availability of independent System Administration and Support Consultants can add significant value. We have provided a brief summary of the skills and experience of the two consultants who we believe could add significant value to you and your organisation.
Consultant 1 - A Senior Agresso Support Consultant who was recently assisting a private investment bank in the implementation of Agresso Business World 5.5sp2, including the implementation of the Procurement module and administered, maintained and supported the system, providing help to users in Finance. Other projects include System Administration roles with v5.4 within the health sector and experience within local authorities and not for profit organisations.
Consultant 2 - A highly competent professional System Administrator with 10 years experience covering most aspects of Agresso Business World v5.4. A System Administrator since 1998, she held a lead role in implementing the system, and working with Agresso Consultants to structure and input all key data. Agresso modules worked with include Excelerator, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Batch input, PCB, Browser and Users profiles.
