Totalamber recently provided specialist Agresso Technical Consultancy services to a life sciences company focused on the development and commercialisation of pharmaceuticals targeting neurological and other disorders. Our Consultant built a secure Test system to enable them to test a newer version of Agresso Business World v5.5. Totalambers Consultant installed the new version of Agresso, then built the new Test environment, comprising 2 servers, one to host the Agresso application and web servers. Data was then upgraded from 5.4sp3 to 5.4sp5, Agresso was then installed and configured successfully.

Our client also had separate requirements for our Technical Consultant to assist with some Oracle troubleshooting, giving advice and guidance to the team.
