A number of our consultants are ex-vendor and have combined in-depth application training with client-focused technical and business consultancy services.  A client, in the marine industrial and safety sector, had been experiencing a problem for some time with the configuration of Streamserve within their IFS implementation. They had requested help from other sources, however, a fix or resolution of their problem was not forthcoming. On contacting Totalamber, we analysed the problem and identified the most suitable consultant to assist this client. Within 24 hours, the consultant had dialed into the client system, identified the problem and provided the client with a fix.
