Totalamber wins a project to assist the UK’s leading supplier of courier and freight road vehicles. Our client currently uses the Northgate ResourceLink HR&Payroll application and needed to identify how they could maximise benefit from their investment in the system. Totalamber provided a complimentary scoping workshop with two of our senior ResourceLink/Cognos consultancy experts. The aim of the workshop was to fully understand key issues with the existing system and the drivers for enhancement. Following the workshop, our consultants devised a series of training courses to enable the Human Resources team to maximise benefit from their ResourceLink system, both now and in the future.
