Totalamber secured a two-phase roll-out for a HR&Payroll project with a Government Agency. Totalamber HR&Payroll experts were asked to undertake a detailed healthcheck on our client’s existing Northgate ResourceLink HR&Payroll system and report back to the Agency on recommendations to review and update the system. Following our review and assessment, the Agency required help with the re-configuration of their ResourceLink system and the integrated Cognos business intelligence components. Totalamber consultants identified and agreed a number of changes with this system and, following acceptance by the client, implemented a change management programme to modify and update the system to meet all requirements.
