Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of technology and services to secure digital transactions. With €1.7b turnover and operations in over 30 countries, this organisation needed to undertake a full review of their existing global HR & Payroll system to determine its suitability to support the strategic growth of the organisation. The existing HR&Payroll system is based around the Northgate PWA EmPower software suite and our experience and knowledge of this application enabled us to provide the strategic advice and guidance our client needed to determine the future potential of this application within their organisation. Our consultant reviewed their entire system and, following an analysis of the Northgate development roadmap, provided a detailed recommendation report on the long term viability of the application and its suitability for our client’s strategic growth objectives.
