Totalamber wins Global Support contract
A world leading provider of global engineering services selects Totalamber to provide Global IFS Support.
One of the world’s leading project engineering companies is currently rolling out IFS to the rest of its global sites. Following a successful go live in the first site, this organisation identified a need for post-go live support to provide additional resources, skills and capabilities to enable the business users of the new application to conduct their day-to-day tasks with minimum disruption and have immediate access to technical and functional experts to resolve any issues or problems.
They have engaged the services of Totalamber’s IFS Support Centre to provide Gold Level support for their initial implementation and will be expanding the scope of support services as each additional country goes live.
Totalamber’s Gold Layer of support is designed to assist organisations across the key business and technical areas of an IFS implementation including software, data, system/user administration, functional modules, reporting and training. This organisation required the full Gold support service to cover their Finance, Procurement, HR, CRM and Project module configurations.
