Implement
The implementation phase develops the solution for the client. Earlier stages in the project lifecycle have defined the technology and business process required for the solution. Internal and external capability is used to pull it all together and this phase in the project lifecycle ensures all the components are integrated into the overall solution and the system starts to perform as expected. During the implementation phase, full design documentation is produced to ensure adequate support, training and testing can be undertaken at later stages in the project.
