The selection stage of a project is a key lifecycle stage as it defines the criteria on which potential suppliers of the software and services are assessed and evaluated. Typically an organisation will require a combination of internal and external suppliers and the skills, expertise and technology of each potential supplier will need to be evaluated to ensure the most appropriate combination of people, products and services to deliver the project is in place.
 
Totalamber have experience in the selection process to shortlist suppliers. This process requires the development of supportive documentation, such as Request For Information and Invitation to Tender, and Totalamber have considerable experience in the design and development of this material.
 
Following selection of a shortlist of suppliers, Totalamber will assist with the final selection process and the development of commercial arrangements, which will also include indicative service level and performance requirements for the system.
