This phase in the evolution of Totalamber is expected to be the most dynamic and significant phase of growth in the history of Totalamber.

 

By the end of 2007, we expect to be fully installed in our new Headquarters building, Windsor House, in Knutsford. We will be taking sole-occupancy of this building which will provide us with significant opportunity for expansion of the Totalamber business. Windsor House will become the focus for all of Totalamber’s activities. This larger building will provide Totalamber with dedicated environments for sales and administration functions and also allow us to expand the range of services we can provide to our consultants and clients. The operational design of the building will include dedicated demonstration and presentation facilities which will allow our consultants to set up test and pilot environments and also provide us with state-of-the-art facilities to run training courses and seminars and events.

 

In terms of business focus, during Phase 4, Totalamber concentrated on six major markets. We developed and fine-tuned a strategic sales methodology which is easily transposable into other markets and applications. We have identified twenty other markets and applications that are synergistic with our existing portfolio and from 2008 we will be investing heavily in the market intelligence and supporting environment to enable Totalamber to successfully enter these markets utilising our unique and proven sales methodology. Taking a phased and strategic approach to market entry, Totalamber will expect to achieve steady, but dramatic growth over the next few years.

 

The move to Windsor House will also provide the opportunity for the development of the Totalamber Design Studio. Following the successful implementation and deployment of the state-of-the-art Totalamber website, our creative and web development team will be providing website imagineering and creativity services for the development of corporate communications services beyond the website.
