Phase 3 (2003 - 2005 Growth)
This third phase of growth for Totalamber was defined by a change in strategic focus for service delivery. Totalamber moved away from the day-rate sale of resource and moved into the solution sale model which saw Totalamber taking responsibility for projects and not just providing key resource into a team. Changing the service delivery methodology supported the requirement to develop partnerships with clients, allowing Totalamber to provide greater continuity of resource through ownership of the project rather than just managing resource utilisation. Through this change in delivery methodology, Totalamber was ideally positioned to cultivate and develop partnerships with both clients and consultants, further enhancing the service delivery capability of the company and enhancing the credibility of the organisation to support the delivery of services into the market. This period of growth saw the number of registered consultants increase to over 150.
Totalamber remained the number one provider of services to the Cyborg, Movex and Rebus markets and gained significant credibility in the other markets.
