This fourth phase of growth for Totalamber sees the most significant period of growth for the business. From 2005, Totalamber has grown revenues by at least 50% year on year and the strategic business model sees this continuing for the next 3 years at least. This business model provides the most collaborative approach for service delivery to date. Earlier relationships with software vendors were strained as Totalamber were seen to be the enemy, taking away valuable services revenue from the vendors. However, the new collaborative approach, combined with Totalamber's credibility for service delivery into these niche markets, sees vendors actively seeking to work with Totalamber and providing a collaborative approach to prospective clients.
Totalamber is now firmly established as a service delivery partner for a number of software vendors and is in the process of developing more productive working relationships with these organisations.
