Background:
Totalamber are engaged with an organisation who will be upgrading their existing version of Agresso (v5.4) to the latest version 5.5.3. The upgrade will be conducted during the period July through December 2009.

The Project team will comprise:

Agresso consultants for software installation, configuration, configuration testing, implementation consultancy and team training;

Sungard SGV for Hardware, operating systems and infrastructure build;

Internal Team for project management and assistance and other team members for testing and implementation;

The team requires assistance for an approx.6 month period to assist with project implementation and testing.

The role will be required from approximately 15 July onwards.
Requirements:

Essential: The team is small so the role will need to be flexible and the person must be able to work with little supervision, be proactive and meet tight deadlines while working as part of the team;

Essential: Apply Agresso specific knowledge to the upgrade project;

Desirable: Apply organisation specific knowledge to the upgrade project, ideally HR knowledge;

Essential: take responsibility for delivering specific functionality as allocated throughout the life of the project;

Essential: undertake testing of the configuration, functionality and data integrity to ensure it functions as required and that all issues are identified, tracked and resolved efficiently;

Essential: Documentation of testing processes, SOP s;

Essential: Proactively participate in project and all team meetings;

Essential: Liase with system customers, especially HR;

Essential: Possess good problem solving/troubleshooting skills;

Desirable: Provide team and end-user training;

Desirable: Prepare reports and discussion papers;

Duration : 3 days a week for 6 months
