A leading organisation in the maintenance, modification and engineering of aircraft were in the process of implementing their ERP application as their single system for the provision of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services to the organisation, utilising Finance, Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Sales (COM) and Manufacturing.

Totalamber deployed a specialist team, including aviation and ERP experts from all around the world to parachute in both onsite and remotely to conduct an audit and health check of the clients ERP implementation using the Totalamber “Diamond Methodology”. This methodology reviewed the holistic environment in terms of People, Process, Technology and Business Strategy and identified the current “As Is” status and through gap analysis, identified the roadmap of activities to deliver the “To Be” system. The hard work and efforts from the Totalamber team resulted in user buy in, improved vendor engagement and ultimately, successful Go-live.
