A world leader in project management, engineering and construction for the energy industry has chosen Totalamber and their partner, a global System Integrator to provide IFS Implementation services for their worldwide IFS Rollout.
Our customer, who is present in 48 countries, had chosen IFS as their global ERP solution. Along with our System Integrator partner, Totalamber were selected to provide specialist IFS knowledge across a number of functional areas – Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Finance & HR. Totalamber has been engaged to bring a deep understanding of the IFS system to the project and assist with the design, build and rollout of the core solution.
With annual revenues of more than €6 billion, the organisation runs a vast operation and to ensure the IFS project is delivered effectively, they reached out for assistance in a number of areas: strategy, direction, management and delivery.
Totalamber’s focus on this project is to work with our partner and provide leadership across all functional and technical areas related to IFS and to ensure the organisations processes are mapped to the IFS application effectively. Totalamber’s team, which includes several senior functional IFS Consultants have been a part of the project team for over 12 months and will continue to provide advice, guidance and hands on consultancy throughout the rollout across all 5 continents.
