An Industry leading Global Polymer producer had enjoyed dramatic growth, the business had taken the fundamental values of participation through employee engagement and social and environmental care into every country that it operates in.
The business identified a need to select and implement an industry leading HR & Payroll solution fit for the business. The client spent several months conducting their own selection, evaluation and Invitation to tender Process,however due to their own internal lack of knowledge in the HR & Payroll market place and the absence of the tools and techniques essential to Software Selection they were not convinced they had the best proposal for a new HR and Payroll solution and were concerned they may be over paying for a solution and running the risk that the solution may not be the best fit to their needs. Rerunning the selection process themselves would not necessarily provide a better choice - only a different one.
What was needed was knowledge of all the suppliers in the HR and Payroll market and a proven framework, approach and methodology to Software selection.
