One of the UK's leading providers of building services engaged Totalamber’s Senior IFS Team to assess their current IFS configuration and recommend improvements to meet specific business requirements. The key areas of functionality included Commercial Operations, Project Management and Manufacturing.
The organisation went live with IFS App 7 in December 2006. The initial phase concentrated on the implementation of a manufacturing system to meet the customer’s requirements at that time. The production requirement then changed, which ameant the need to re-engineer business and operational processes, reconfigure IFS and consider the introduction of new functionaility.
Totalamber’s IPR (IFS Performance Review) was selected to assess the current business, people, processes and IFS configuration and make recomendations for improvements. The recomendations reconfigured IFS to align with their new operational processes, provide tangible benefits, return on investment and provide a roadmap for change management, implementation and training.
