Totalamber provided a full audit and workshops to fully understand key issues with the existing system and the wins associated with both operational efficiencies and future enhancements.
Following the audit and workshops, our Senior Management consultants devised a series of skills transfer strategies to enhance capability both from an end user and super user level within the organisation.
