Midland co-op in August 2005 went through an HR & Payroll selection exercise, with the group  moving away from the legacy Open Door application to the newly selected Midland Trent application.



Midland Co-op realise that this new application would drive a new implementation strategy, key elements such as strong project management, experience with a number of HR & Payroll applications, continuity and translation of process to the software were key motivations for the Co-ops project team and stakeholders.



Totalamber have 10 years experience of working with HR & Payroll systems providing project management, implementation, technical and management reporting consultancy. And it is with this level of skill and experience, coupled with Totalambers knowledge of the full project lifecycle and the clients bjectives has enabled Midland Co-op to implement the project with confidence .



This project management also included assistance to Midlands internal project team. Areas such as Business Objects reporting, users calculations, and absenteeism were addressed by the core team of consultants who assisted to deliver the project within time and budget.
