Alan O'Neill
About Alan O'Neill - Founder of Totalamber '1997 - Current'
Alan O'Neill is a leader, a proud Daddy of four beautiful children and a devoted husband, Alan will tell you that his fifth child 'Totalamber' was born in 1997 and approaching 15 years of trading, Alan is so very proud of his business and how Totalamber is maturing into the global business it is today.
Alan has spent the last 25 years in Sales & Marketing; those who have worked with him describe him as the hardest working and most talented person they have ever worked with. Alan will tell you that he owes a lot of his success to the time he spent working with James Caan's Alexander Mann Group prior to starting Totalamber.
Over the past 14 years Alan, like most successful entrepreneurs has taught himself and today he's an excellent Management Consultant, who is completely at home in the boardrooms of the world's leading companies helping them convert IT strategies into direction and after helping more than 600 clients in 23 countries, I guess he must be doing something right!

Fuaad Buras
About Fuaad Buras - Professional Services Partner '2008 - Current'
Fuaad has over 20 years experience in the provision of software and management consultancy services and has specialised in ERP systems and applications.
Following graduation, Fuaad embarked on a career as a Software Engineer, developing ERP applications for a leading ERP application vendor. Fuaad combined his role as a Software Engineer with the implementation of the software, aligning the installation and configuration with the strategic requirements of the client implementing the application. As a natural extension of this combined role, Fuaad transitioned into the provision of management consultancy services and began working for Coopers & Lybrand in their Technology / ERP division. In addition to ERP expertise, Fuaad extended his knowledge and experience into the CRM markets, taking responsibility for a number of ERP and CRM implementations.
In 2001, Fuaad joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager and was responsible for leading the CRM team in the Pharmaceuticals practice. He was responsible for managing a number of alliance relationships (Siebel / SAP) and also for the delivery of a number of large scale system implementations. Fuaad project managed a variety of CRM and ERP implementations and worked with Board members to shape strategy and benefits realisation plans.
Fuaad joined Totalamber in 2008 and initially took responsibility for a number of Totalamber's larger assignments, delivering strategic consultancy services enabling organisations to maximise their investment in their ERP application. Fuaad's knowledge and expertise of the ERP market, the applications and their configuration and alignment with strategic requirements has enabled him to make a significant contribution to the Totalamber business and its clients. He has been instrumental in the productisation of Totalamber's services, defining the methodologies, approaches and tools that are intrinsically aligned with Totalamber's Integrated Services Component model.
In March 2011, Fuaad was made a Partner of Totalamber and he plays a significant role in the management and leadership of the Totalamber business.
Regina Kearney
About Regina Kearney, Director of Business Development at Totalamber
Regina is a proud mother of 2 sons who she says challenge her as much as her career does. She recently joined the Totalamber leadership team from Juniper Networks as Director of Business Development focusing on building and optimising “go to market strategies” and aligning their vision with strategic partners.
Having spent the first couple of years of her career at Totalamber over 12 years ago, Regina has spent the last 10 years working for a number of large vendors of Enterprise Software and Networking Infrastructure. Regina has always watched the Totalamber journey from afar with interest and has now come full circle back to Totalamber to help drive their growth ambitions.
In recent years Reg has focused on Global Account Management successfully securing multimillion pound projects with several big blue chip companies in the Utilities and Energy, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas sectors. Reg has a natural affinity with her clients and long standing relationships are the foundation of her success. Having won several awards of distinction over the span of her career Reg is sure her energy and focus can help contribute to the long term goals of Totalamber.
Her plan at Totalamber is to grow the business by 20-30% year on year through sales and operational excellence throughout the business, in addition to developing strategic partners to support Totalamber’s 3 year plan and securing targeted acquisitions. With a strong track record of success Regina is confident Totalamber will be the one of the most formidable forces to service the markets in which we operate.

Lee Hughes
About Lee Hughes, Director of IFS Services at Totalamber
Lee lives in North Wales with his wife and two children and is a devoted father, husband and Leeds United fan!
Lee has spent the last 11 years in Sales and Marketing within the travel, retail, recruitment and consultancy sectors. Lee has built up many years of experience providing services to large multi-national organisations, most recently helping them to improve performance and usability of their enterprise systems by providing strategic consultancy services to key stakeholders.
Over the last 5 years Lee has worked alongside some of finest Management Consultants, ERP Programme Managers and Application specialists as well as working closely with clients to understand their issues, obstacles and constraints when it comes to ERP implementation. Lee has an instinctive ability to map specific services and products to organisations requirements.
A real asset to Totalamber, Lee is always looking at creative opportunities to take Totalamber services to the next level and drive real service innovation for our customers.

Marc Bray
About Marc Bray, Operations Director at Totalamber.
Marc has over 20 years industry experience in the IT industry, initially working as a technical consultant and moving into strategic, Board level business management.
Following graduation, Marc worked for ICL (now Fujitsu) as a senior technical consultant specializing in backbone networking technologies. Prior to leaving ICL, Marc moved into the electronic messaging area and became the first person in the UK to be accredited to test X.400 messaging systems to both UK and USA conformance testing requirements. After 7 years at ICL, Marc was approached by a start-up consultancy house (Logsys) to join their fledgling business as a senior consultant, providing specialist consultancy services in electronic messaging, directory services and security to their clients. Over 11 years, Marc played a key role in this organisation initially as a technical consultant and then as Marketing Director, developing products and services to support the product and consultancy aspects of the Logsys business. This organisation grew to £14m turnover and 70 employees.
Marc has worked for Totalamber for over 5 years and is the Operations Director. He combines the responsibility of management of the business with a sales and marketing focus, providing advice, guidance and support into all aspects of the Totalamber business, ensuring there is a solid foundation for the growth strategy for Totalamber.
Marc has a BSc(Hons) in Applied Statistics and Computing, MSc in Information Systems Design and Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
Nick Devine
About Nick Devine, Director of Resourcing at Totalamber.
Friends and family describe Nick as a real hands on dad, immersing himself in family activities such as the under 10’s football coach, committee member and volunteer at his children’s schools and clubs. Nick is also a keen follower of Manchester United and regularly tries his hand at Golf.
Following a very successful career spanning 6 years as Sales Director for a £100 million turnover Global IT Trading Business, Nick was personally responsible for 60% of the revenues. Nick was attracted to Totalamber’s business model, market positioning, energy, professionalism and growth and joined Totalamber in January 2008.
Nick is responsible for heading up the Totalamber Movex/M3 business division as well as being the group Director of Resources. Nick manages a team of highly skilled and extremely competent resource managers. Nick’s passion for excellence and his natural ability to create new and long lasting working and commercial relationships with both clients and consultants, combined with a high level of organisation and ability to meet deadlines under pressure, ensures that each and every client receives the very best service and solution.
