Totalamber’s approach to managing and maintaining an ERP ecosystem is structured around 6 key Service Components, designed to assist clients at each stage in their ERP system lifecycle.

TASC 1 is designed to provide the functional and technical services required by organisations looking to Implement an ERP system. TASC 1 is ideally suited for organisation who either do not currently utilise an integrated ERP system or who are looking to move away from a number of legacy applications and consolidate stakeholder and operational service delivery using a fully integrated ERP application.

Totalamber combines its bespoke tools, such as PULSE, Supports Needs Analysis (SNA), Enterprise Support Framework (ESF) and Site Readiness Assessment, with a pragmatic and cost effective approach to Implementation. Fully assessing an organisation’s ERP requirements across the four dimensions of business strategy, people, process and technology and incorporating quantitative and qualitative assessment of the current, “As Is”, environment, Totalamber identifies the program of work necessary to deliver the ERP system to the business.

Totalamber’s approach is to incorporate the perceptions of key ERP ecosystem stakeholders with empirical information regarding the performance, usability and interoperation of the current system to identify the “Could Be” architecture of the future ERP system. The “Could Be” requirements provide a detailed list of all features and functionality that could be implemented if costs, timescales and resources were not an issue. Totalamber uses its “Could Be” analysis to identify a categorised and prioritised roadmap of workstreams and activities to design the “To Be” solution.

Following agreement of the “To Be” system, Totalamber then works with the business to identify the workstreams and activities to implement the ERP system into the organisation, where necessary, building the business case and demonstrating the return on investment to validate the requirement to Implement the ERP system.

Totalamber’s structured approach to ERP system Implementation provides the detailed roadmap, business case, prioritised workstreams, cost analysis, return on investment and resource requirements to implement the ERP system.
